Homes on our ‘Coming Soon’ list should be ready within the next few weeks. However, all dates are tentative! You are unable to schedule a showing and view the inside of the home until it is move in ready.
With an approved application, you have the ability to put down a deposit on the property of your choice in advance of it being ready, to hold your place in line. Keep in mind, everyone that has an approved application can put a deposit down. Your deposit is 100% refundable and transferable if you feel like the home will not fit your family’s needs once you see it.
If you put a deposit down, you will get a call once the home is move in ready and available for a viewing. If you like the home, you will need to be prepared to sign the lease within 24-48 hours. Our leasing agents will schedule an appointment with you to sign the lease and collect the deposit and first month’s rent from you. After the lease is signed, we will give you the keys to your new home!
Please note, it is your responsibility to get the utilities transferred into your name prior to moving in.
