Leasing Customer Service
The leasing department customer service representative is responsible for providing exceptional service and managing all aspects of the leasing process to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates. This position works to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, handle inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure all leasing activities adhere to company policies and fair housing laws.
Maintenance
Our maintenance department is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of your home, building structure, and grounds to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational continuity. Key responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance programs, responding to equipment failures and building issues, managing maintenance budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Collections
The Collections Department is responsible for assisting current Residents with their rent queries, negotiating repayment plans for previous residents, maintaining accurate account records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant landlord/tenant laws.
Accounting
Our accounting department’s job description involves managing financial records, processing transactions (accounts payable/receivable), preparing financial statements and budgets, ensuring regulatory and tax compliance, performing internal audits, and analyzing financial data to support business decision-making.
Rerents
Our rerents department is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of a vacant property and grounds to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational continuity. This department ensures that your new home is ready for you to move in to and enjoy.
IT
Our IT department manages, maintains, and secures our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data, by providing user support, implementing security measures, managing cloud services, ensuring software and hardware functionality, and driving digital transformation initiatives to improve business operations and facilitate collaboration.
