We do not hold properties or take early deposits for properties on our ‘Available Homes’ rental list as we do with our ‘Coming Soon’ list, due to the ‘Available Homes’ being move in ready. You will schedule a showing or go right to the application process online. Once your application is approved, our leasing agents will schedule an appointment with you to sign the lease and collect the deposit and first month’s rent from you. After the lease is signed, we will give you the keys to your new home!
Please note, it is your responsibility to get the utilities transferred into your name prior to moving in.
