Homes on our Coming Soon list should be ready in the next few weeks. All dates are tentative! You are unable to schedule a showing and view the inside of the home until the home is ready for rental.
With your approved application, you have the ability to put a deposit down on the home to hold your place in line. Your deposit is 100% refundable and transferable if you feel like the home will not fit your family’s needs once you see it. Keep in mind that everyone that has an approved application can put a deposit down on a home and that is why our homes rent very quickly.
If you put a deposit down on a home, you will get the first call once the home is move in ready and available for a viewing. If you like the home, we can get the lease signed within 24-48 hours. One of our leasing agents will setup arrangements to meet for the deposit, the first months rent, and lease signing. You will then get your keys at the lease signing.
